I'm already in love with this book, and I haven't read a word of it. First, the powers sound awesome - awesome-cool, not awesome-to-have - and very original. Second, I love chessmaster stories - scheming and plotting and machinations are so much fun! Finally, the cover redefines amazing. I seriously want to read this book, like, now.
